Many coloured products for coil and special coatings customers are manufactured on mixing systems. Ranges of carefully standardised pigment dispersions and additives are held in tanks from which they can be pumped to a container standing on extremely accurate scales. Standard colours are mixed to formulations held in the memory of the controlling computer, and special colours can be quickly colour-matched.
