Many Becker Industrial Coatings companies have pioneered the development of national and regional quality standards for industrial coatings manufacture.
- In 1991 Becker Industrial Coatings France was the first French industrial coatings manufacturer to be certified to ISO9001. Becker France has developed many initiatives for quality improvement including statistical process control using sophisticated software to isolate and reduce causes of product variability.
- In the UK, Germany and Sweden Becker Industrial Coatings has had continuous improvement running for many years and are naturally ISO9001.2000 approved. This has resulted in 100% delivery rates (“OTIF”—on time, in full) for periods of up to a year to some major customers, and performance is still being improved!
- In Italy, Becker Industrial Coatings is registered to ISO 9001.2000
